Environmental sustainability is crucial, that is why it is our duty to implement all efforts to achieve and recognize all the ways to make a difference in adopting sustainability practices and work towards a more sustainable future.

At AHI Corporate Housing we are on a mission to revolutionize how businesses in the corporate housing world is done from day to day operations to products. The hospitality industry has an immense impact on the planet. We strive to lead by example, learn and maintain how we can improve our sustainability efforts.

Our Measure for Sustainability

• It is our duty and responsibility to incorporate environmental actions
  into all areas of our services. We proudly like to share with you how
  we contribute to a sustainable way of life.
• We have waste disposal options in all our properties and offices.
  We print as little as possible, use recycled printing paper and
  have a recycling system in our office.
• We provide all information pertaining to our guests via e-mail,
  our website and use portals for work orders.
• We provide can recycling bins in our office
• We offer all-inclusive options with features that don’t require our
  guests to commute such as onsite gyms, pools and shopping
  withing walking distance.
• Although we do not control what kind of appliances go into our
  units. Most of our partners equip apartments with energy saving
  appliances, such as modern dishwashers, refrigerators, washing
  machines and dryers.
• We laminate our guest reference guides, remote guides to
  reduce printing.
• We limit the amount of waste by professionally cleaning our
  linens, providing cover furniture if needed to avoid furniture
  turnover and limit trips that have to be made by our staff.
• We are proud to professionally refurbish our furniture to
  minimize turnover.
• We provide eco-friendly toiletries: 100% recyclable bottles.
• We increase purchase of items with recycled content
