Hotel vs. AHI Corporate Apartment

AHI Corporate Housing offers comfort and amenities at a price point that hotels can’t match!

Space

Corporate Housing can offer accommodations up to twice the size of a hotel. ( 1,2 and 3 bedrooms)

Full Size Kitchens

Hotels limit your food options to fast food, room service or dining out. AHI furnished apartments include spacious, fully equipped kitchens, complete with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal while on the road. Of course, you can always eat pizza, but now you can store the box in your full size fridge!

Pet Friendly

AHI has tons of pet friendly options and pet perks, too!

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping services are an optional upgrade and we follow CDC guidelines. Prefer to pick up after yourself? We’ve got you covered! Every AHI apartment includes cleaning essentials and full size washer and dryer.

Community Amenities

Many of our locations offer resort-style amenities and a sense of community that you won’t find at an extended stay hotel – sparkling pools with sundeck, 24-hour fitness centers with state of the art equipment, community grilling & fire pit lounge areas & on-site dog parks just to name a few!

A bed, a TV, and a private bathroom—that’s about where the similarities end.

What’s Included

AHI furnished apartments include:

Utilities: Smart TVs for personal streaming, High Speed Internet/Secured Wi-Fi, Water, Electric & Gas.

For a new take on an old standby, enjoy eating on the patio at Noble Jones downtown. If you want something quick and yummy, head over to NachoMama’s or New Moon Cafe in Downtown Augusta. Try fine dining in Augusta GA at Frog Hollow, where they are understandably proud of their wine list and food that’s affordable and exquisite. Abel Brown, named for the old sailing tune, celebrates new American cuisine with a nod to the area’s blended cultural roots. Calvert’s offers classic American steak and seafood. Malia’s in Aiken puts seasonal local ingredients front and center for lunch and dinner. Prime Steakhouse, also in Aiken, is another favorite for steak and seafood, with a unique brick-walled dining room.

Sip.

Whether you slow sip is an India Pale Ale or a classic American Wheat – Augusta has a few breweries sure to satisfy every sip. Visit Savannah River Brewing Co. and request a Fruited Berliner Weisse also known as the ‘Swamp Thing’. Riverwatch Brewery offers beers on tap with an outdoor patio that allows you to soak up the sunshine as you slow sip an ale the color of sunshine.

If distilleries are more up your alley, we highly recommend traveling up an alley in our downtown to visit 2nd City Distilling Co. for a custom cocktail made with their house made Vodka or moonshine, also known as their ‘Rabbit Spit’.

See.

Stroll.

The local shops that dot the downtown landscape bring a fun and funky vibe that is eclectic and authentically Augusta. Even if you don’t know what you’re looking for – you’re sure to leave with something you’ll love.

The mall boasts more than 130 stores and 22 restaurants, so you’re sure to find what you need and a few things you didn’t even know you needed.

We love shopping our goods and produce at the local farmers market. From locally made honey to fresh picked peaches (our specialty) the Augusta Market at the River boasts a veggie selection like no other. Swing by Good Earth Produce & Garden Center to shop floral, local goods, and greenhouse products.
