What does the daily rate include?
The daily rate is all-inclusive of rent, utilities, furniture, and housewares.
Are there any taxes?

Housekeeping is available for an additional fee.
Are AHI corporate apartment homes accessible to expanded services such as premium cable channels such as HBO Cinemax, NFL sports packages, satellite dish, etc.?
Yes, all of the custom features you have in your home are available to you in an AHI corporate apartment home. There may be certain service limitations in some areas. Additional charges apply.
Can AHI bill my company or insurance provider directly?
Yes, with prior approval from your provider, we can send an invoice directly to your company for payment.

Are your apartment's non-smoking?
AHI Corporate Housing offers a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in any apartment.
Can I bring my pet?

We do offer certain handicap accessible apartment homes – we will let you know of the availability at the time you make your reservation.
How far in advanced do I need to make a reservation?
Availability changes day-by-day. Regardless of when you call, we will do our best to meet your needs – even if that means a 24-hour turnaround.
Are there inspections at move-in or move-out?
Before you move in, our team will conduct a meticulous inspection of your new home using a 164-point checklist to ensure that everything is spotless and in working condition. At move-out, most apartment management teams will inspect to be sure the apartment is still in good condition. This may vary depending on your specific housing location, so we’ll provide you with more details upon your reservation.
What should I do if I discover an issue after moving in?
Since AHI Corporate Housing will perform a meticulous inspection before your arrival, most issues should already have been addressed, but if you discover a problem or if a new problem arises, we have an AHI Corporate Housing representative available 24/7 to address any issues that may arise. Your housing provider should also be available to assist.

Can I extend my stay if my assignment is extended?
Corporate housing provides a more flexible lease than other housing options like a temporary apartment rental, so AHI Corporate Housing can accommodate a move-out date that is earlier or later than expected. If you do not agree to a predetermined move-out date when you sign your lease, you will simply need to provide written notice of your intended move-out date.
