Dive into history at the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park. Battleship USS Alabama began her World War II adventures in 1943, but now sits in Mobile as a National Historic Landmark and memorial to millions. Dedicated to all Alabama Citizens who have worn the uniform of all branches of the United States Armed forces, the Park is easily the most recognizable symbol of the State of Alabama.


Step outside at Meaher State Park. This 1,300-acre park is situated in the wetlands of Mobile Bay. A self-guided walk on two nature trails includes a boardwalk with an up-close view of the beautiful Mobile Delta that you won’t want to pass up.
