Atchison Lofts

The Atchison Lofts were finished in spring of 2022 in the historic Walker-Atchison Warehouse at 921 Dauphin St.

The Atchison Lofts celebrate the original building elements including exposed brick walls, large windows, structural wood beams and soaring ceiling heights. To compliment the historic textures the interiors have a modern sleek design featuring quartz countertops, glass shower doors and custom tile bathrooms. The appliances feature a full size French door counter depth refrigerator.

The exterior building is surrounded by lush unique French style courtyards with antique and architectural elements brought back from France. There is a parking lot entrance off Dauphin and a gated back parking entrance off Conti St.

Uniquely these lofts sit above the high end design shop Atchison Home and a half block walk or bike ride into Mobile’s historic Downtown.  This allows you to stay close to the city if you have to relocate without a vehicle.
